Add Role for someone to "view" all items on a project without edit rights

Similar to a project admin but with limited access. This role could be granted to an owner or an architect.

Designate type of user

It would be nice to be able to designate users by type (Owner, Architect, PM, sub, etc.) o that it is much more clear and to assist with access permissions.

It would be helpful to be able to hover over the access permissions and see whet each option grants access to and/ or to have more clear labels to the permissions. ("view only" , "response only", "approval ability"etc.)
